This Goregaon Society penthouse flat owners get a Big Relief.

Penthouse Owners were illegally being charged double maintenance.

The penthouse owners described the society’s decision to charge them Rs 400 as a monthly festival charge in addition to double fees for society electricity and gymnasium membership. The complainants were also shelling out double the conveyance fee of Rs Rs 10,000.
