The main purpose of the job is to prospect for new clients in the IFM space by specifically targeting the Commercial complexes, Large Corporates, RWAs / Housing Societies through networking, cold calling, on ground intelligence, marketing or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
The position will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions.
This is a target based role and requires strong performers to meet organizational growth vision.

New Business Development:

• Prospect for potential new clients. Should have extensive network of existing relationships
• Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

Work Experience:
Minimum 8 years of sales/marketing experience in a mid to large IFM company with national presence. Should have displayed consistent sales achievements. Should have worked independently for a minimum of 5 years as Manager and Above.
