We are Looking for Our Client a Re-Development Project in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
☆Our Client is been in Industry for more than 30yrs & have completed more than 30 project & currently 8 projects in under construction stage & alongside 4 are upcoming project in West Mumbai
☆Our Client Requirement as explain below
■Intrested Areas in Mumbai-
☆Borivali - Andheri West & Up to Andheri East Near Telly Gully (avoid station area)
☆Vile Parle West & East
☆Santacruz West
☆Dadar near Shivaji Park
☆Plot Size must be around 800mtrs+
☆Width of Road must be 9mtrs for below 1000mtrs & above 1000mtrs it should be 12mtrs
■If Proposal from Society itself in that case required documents before meetings are:-
▪︎PR Card
▪︎DP plan & Remark
▪︎CTS Plan Layout
▪︎Google Location / Society Name
▪︎Area Statement
▪︎Last AGM date taken place 100% Consent needed for Direct Agreement
(Pagdi Society will only be consider only if Landlord is willing to come on JV Terms)
■If Proposal from any Existing Developer where D.A has been Executed with society & willing to look for upcoming partner in same project due to financial issue our client can sign J.V agreement with existing developer. For the same we require documents to assess project before meeting which are:-
▪︎Feasibility Report
▪︎Proposed Sale Plannings
▪︎D.P Plan / Remark
▪︎Offer Letter
■Please Note-
☆Upon Submission of documents a meeting will take place in Developer office with Commitee / Existing Developer
☆Society miscellaneous expenses can be discuss, it must be on reasonable terms
☆Brokerages will be shared
☆Mandate of Project with existing developer or Consultant having direct access with society committee is required to communicate on project
☆All documents must be send in PDF format
☆Our Developer happy to assist to society for Self Redevelopment on consultancy basis. If any society is willing to do, our client can offer assistance from Architect - Contractors on chargeable basis
☆If mentioned documents are not provided, project will not be considered
