A woman executed a Will making her nephew the sole beneficiary of her property.
After her demise, the nephew obtained probate of the Will. During the subsequent property mutation proceedings, a public notice was issued inviting objections from anyone claiming an interest in the property.
The relatives did not object despite the opportunity.
Years later, they sought revocation of the probate, alleging that the Will was not genuine.
The Supreme Court declined to interfere, holding that remaining silent despite a public notice and challenging the matter much later was not a ground to revoke the probate.
