Maharashtra Flat Owners Welfare Association Appoints Shri Deepak Bhanushali as President of Real Estate
Mumbai, March 19, 2026: The Maharashtra Flat Owners Welfare Association (MFOWA) has appointed Shri Deepak Bhanushali as the President of Real Estate (Maharashtra). The announcement was made by Chairman Sreenivas Reddy and Director Mrs. Argade on New year GUDI PADWA
Shri Bhanushali will lead and support all real estate-related activities across the state and will be appointing a team of leaders, including Division Heads, District Presidents, Tehsil Coordinators, and ground-level brokers at pincode and village levels.
The team will focus on addressing issues faced by flat owners and builders alike, particularly those related to approvals and clearances. The MFOWA will provide full support to its members, including builders, in resolving these issues.
"We recognize that builders also face numerous approval issues, and our association will work to support them in getting these clearances," said Chairman Sreenivas Reddy.
Shri Bhanushali, with his 30 years of experience in real estate, is a knowledgeable and well-spoken personality who will oversee the day-to-day activities of the association. His expertise in monetizing properties and providing digital platforms has benefited many in the industry.
