Late Mr.V.Pathak Founder of Pathak Group started his work with Ramakrishna Vidyashala of Ramakrishna Mission, which opened the door of opportunities in the field of Construction under the

blessings of Sri. Started in the year 1996 & became a channel for better living. V. Pathak took up government contracts in partnership with Pathak-Late Sri T. Kempaiah. The duo crafted various monuments and contributed to the development of the city with works like KERS, Mysore Race Course, Alpha Dye Cast, B.E.M.L, All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Hindustan Brown Boveri Ltd., Karnataka Telecables, Food Folks, Oasis Deserts and Relishers, Veneer Mills, Lido Theatre, Srimath Polytechnic, L&T E.C.C Construction group, Mysore Rubber Factory. Further, under the able guidance and encouragement of Mr. F.K. Irani in Mysuru Sri. Jayaram Pathak the son of V. Pathak continued the second generation legacy and brought forward the name his father had left behind. Pathak Constructions transformed into Pathak Developers Pvt Ltd in the year 2008 to reach higher milestones as a company. Mr. Jayaram Pathak, Chairman & Managing Director of Pathak Developers Pvt Ltd heads the Organization. Jayaram Pathak has constructed over hundreds of residential houses as a private contractor. The contracts that he took opened up new areas in the field of residential apartments when the culture of apartments was not so popular and Mysuru was new to it. Shrihari Pathak, Son of Mr. Jayaram Pathak, joined the legacy in 2002 and from then on the journey in the field of residential apartments began… Pathak's started capturing the affordable segment and contributed in giving out low-cost apartments initially ... As the boom for residential houses cycled , Pathak's continued with their back to back deliveries of over 35 projects with around 50 lac Sqft mark so far. Our Ongoing Projects:
