Job Description
This opening is for Sales Manager responsible for achieving assigned targets in the region through direct interaction with customers & converting project specific inquiries into sales with standard documentation.
• Responsibilities
• Responsible for generating sales with project specific inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with client till closure
• Get connected between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
• Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
• Reaching the targets and goals set, Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
• Increasing business opportunities through reference generation & various routes to market.
• Hands on experience in B2C sales.
• To build and enhance the company's brand image internally and externally.
• Exposure to the industry will be an added advantage.
• Must have experience in field level sales.

Qualification/Basic Areas of Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication & convincing skill is must.
• Flexible in timings is must.
• Client friendly approach.
• Confident, self starter & presentable personality.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales is must.
• Must know bike riding and should have driving license.
• Geographical awareness.

Compensation

• Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A. Inclusive Incentive
• Strong incentive earnings with no limit (Average earning potential between 50K to 1 Lacs Per Month)
