Roles and Responsibilities:
Good communication skills. Hard working candidate required Should be comfortable to travel out of NCR for corporate events
1. Strategy Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Residential and Commercial Projects
2. Showcase Project Walkthrough to Corporate & Institutional Clients.
3. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
4. Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
5. Lead Generation, Follow-ups & Closure with the prospective clients.
6. Collecting market information about competitors and latest happenings.
7. Good understanding of Branding, Promotions, Online Marketing & Portals of Property.
8. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
9.Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
10. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
11. Excellent skills of communicatio for Channel Sales and Channel Development
12. Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.
13. Selected Resources will undergo Extensive Training.
