What really happened in the Hajipur, Sector 104 demolition case?

A commercial building in Hajipur, Sector 104 was recently demolished by the Noida Authority. But one question many people are asking is:

“If the building was being constructed, where was the Noida Authority?”

The reality is more complicated than it appears.

The case involved land acquisition, ownership claims, unauthorised construction and ongoing court proceedings, which eventually led to the demolition action.
