Btw this is the sector road connecting Noida sector 128, 135, 168, where we have corporate giant offices such as Advant, candor, stellar, Assotech business park and all expensive schools- genesis, millennium, step by step, DPS, Heritage etc. isliye advanced technology toh banti hai 😜😜

Share this info… with someone who is planning to buy a house in Noida.
Also be aware that.. this situation can be handled by asking seller’s bank to provide a conditional NOC and the FC letter but that’s a tedious process and I can tell based on my experience.. and I was also apprehensive about Authority’s response so I asked the buyer to change the bank to the same bank..it avoids delays.
Baki solution toh har cheez ka hota hai😜
