We are 600+ families awaiting possession of our homes since December 2025, despite investing our life savings and continuing to bear the double burden of home-loan EMIs and rent. Noida Authority’s continued failure to issue the Occupancy Certificate (OC) has left hundreds of families stranded. TATA Housing maintains that all Authority dues have been cleared and its Sector 150 sports infrastructure obligations fulfilled, yet the OC remains pending. At the same time, TATA Housing has also failed to provide homebuyers with satisfactory answers or a clear timeline for possession.

Despite the Supreme Court’s November 2025 order, there has been no meaningful relief. After nearly eight months of uncertainty and financial distress, families are now compelled to protest and demand an immediate resolution. We also make an earnest appeal to Hon’ble Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Ji to intervene and help turn our dream of owning a home in a “Growing Uttar Pradesh” into reality.

हम 600 से ज्यादा परिवार दिसंबर 2025 से अपने घरों का कब्जा मिलने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। अपनी जीवनभर की कमाई इन घरों में लगाने के बावजूद आज हमें होम लोन की EMI और मकान का किराया, दोनों भरना पड़ रहा है। नोएडा अथॉरिटी द्वारा ऑक्यूपेंसी सर्टिफिकेट (OC) जारी न किए जाने से सैकड़ों परिवार पिछले करीब आठ महीनों से परेशान हैं। टाटा हाउसिंग का कहना है कि अथॉरिटी के सभी बकाये चुका दिए गए हैं और सेक्टर-150 से जुड़ी स्पोर्ट्स इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की जिम्मेदारियां भी पूरी की जा चुकी हैं, फिर भी OC जारी नहीं हुआ है। वहीं, टाटा हाउसिंग की ओर से भी घर खरीदारों के सवालों का संतोषजनक जवाब और कब्जे की कोई स्पष्ट समय-सीमा नहीं दी जा रही है।

नवंबर 2025 के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद अब तक कोई ठोस राहत नहीं मिली है। लगातार देरी, अनिश्चितता और आर्थिक बोझ से परेशान होकर अब 600 से ज्यादा परिवार विरोध प्रदर्शन करने को मजबूर हैं। हम माननीय मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी से भी विनम्र अपील
