Ltd." in our upcoming projects "Sky Villas, Moon Tower & Star Villas" have successfully executed lease deed, also obtained the possession certificate against the same so as a welcome news we are introducing new price list with attractive Commission slabs for our channel partners which is been briefed hereby as:-
For Moon Towers Sizes 875, 1035, 1475, 1550 Sq. Ft. & Sky Villas2360 Sq. Ft.
Price Offered on 10th Floor is Rs. 2700/Sq. Ft.(Floor wise variation in Price- +10/Sq. Ft. on every floor below 10th & -10/ Sq. Ft. on every floor above 10th )
Additional Charges:
One Time Lease Rent :- Rs.80 per sq.ft.
IFMS :- Rs.25 per sq.ft.
For Star Villas 2260 Sq. Ft. :-
Basic Selling Price Rs. 4050/Sq. Ft.(Additional Charges as applicable:- Lease Rent Rs. 80/Sq. Ft., Club Membership Rs. 1,50,000, IFMS Rs. 25/Sq. Ft. PLC(5% on corner & Green facing))
Payout Slab:
Rs. 125/Sq. Ft. for Moon Towers & Sky Villas and 10% for Star Villas.
We are introducing the Special Direct Incentive scheme for your executive who will do the bookings in our Sports Republic project in addition of above provided commission slab.
Criteria for releasing the incentive will be as given below:-
1) Incentive amount will be released after clearance of booking amount.
2) Pan Card Copy of the executive who had done the booking which is mandatory for releasing the incentive cheque.
3) Please don’t forget to mention the name of the executive who has done booking on the booking form.
4) Maximum discount will be allowed on form is Rs. 50 Per Sq. Ft for Moon Towers, Sky Villas for Star Villas 8% of Basic Selling Price.
5) Scheme valid till 31st July, 15.
Moon Tower : Rs 10,000
Sky Villa : Rs 15,000
Star Villa : Rs 20,000
