Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Insurance)
Job Description: We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Executives for Insurance products. As a tele-sales representative, you will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their needs, and selling various insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers from provided leads or databases to promote insurance products life insurance
Explain Insurance Products: Clearly explain policy benefits, features, and pricing to customers.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales by persuading customers to purchase policies over the phone.
• Provide Customer Support: Assist customers with queries about policies and address any concerns.
• Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads who are interested but have not yet made a purchase.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales progress in the system.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Skills Required:
• Good Communication Skills: Must be able to speak clearly, explain details, and engage customers effectively.
• Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to convince customers and address objections.
Basic Knowledge of Insurance: General understanding of insurance products (training will be provided).
• Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and building strong relationships.
• Target-Oriented: Ability to work towards and meet sales targets.
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Any stream).
No prior experience in insurance is required, but experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Job Type: Full-time, with working hours typically from Monday to Saturday.
Salary: Basic salary with performance-based incentives and bonuses.
