YEIDA Launches 973 Plots Near Noida International Airport ✈️
With the Noida International Airport nearing completion and expected to be operational by February 2026, the Yamuna Expressway region is seeing rapid growth in demand and property values.
To leverage this momentum, YEIDA will launch 973 residential plots in January 2026 across Sectors 15C, 18, and 24A, located close to the airport. The scheme will be RERA-approved with allotment through a transparent lottery system, ensuring trust and clarity for buyers.
This development reinforces the Yamuna Expressway’s position as one of North India’s fastest-growing real estate corridors, driven by infrastructure, connectivity, and long-term appreciation potential.
