Noida Sector-150 to become the Greenest Place in NCR with World-class Infrastructure
The Sector-150 of Noida is reported to be the greenest real estate destination in NCR as said by the authority upon explaining the details of projects being developed in the sector. The top brass from Noida authority revealed 80% of the sector 150 will be green. It is said that 42 acre of the landwill be used to develop one of the biggest parks in India. Moreover, the authority is also said to have granted development of low-density Sports City project in sector 150, which is already handled by Lotus Greens Developer.
Sector 150 of Noida, as reported, has been developed over 600 acre of land.
Around 300 acres of land and the cost of more than Rs 2300 crore will involve in the development of the sports city project that will encompass a wide gamut of residential and recreational facilities. In conformity with the Building Regulations Act of Noida and its Master Plan 2031, the Noida Authority is said to have proposed to separately provide the permissible Floor Area Ratio and ground coverage for the project, revealed by a senior official. He also said the sports city project will be known as sports destination once the project’s sporting infrastructure is established, which is stated to take a lot of time.
In addition, the project will promote healthy living in view of the fact that modern-day living standard has limited people’s willingness to indulge into physical activities. The planned sports city project will be a platform for aspiring youngsters and professionals, revealed senior official in a statement.
“We plan to develop Sector 150 as an ideal sector. There are only two low-density sectors in Noida, 79 and 150. A 42-acre theme park is also being developed,” said another official.
