PROPOSAL FOR DEVIDING 12.29 ACRES OF LAND INTO 4 TREE FARM PLOTS AND CONDUCTING INTEGRATED FARM BY FOUR PERSON COLLECTIVELY
The aim of this Project is to develop sustainable farm under one roof of the 12.29 Acres of land in Alamkandy near Kavundikkal at Attapady divided into four plots given to four people to conduct agriculture and farm tourism individually or collectively. For this the plots are divided in to four ie 3 plots of 3 acres each and one plot of 2.29 Acres. The balance one acre is utilised for a road of 6 meter width and construct a Ferro cement tank of the capacity of 1.5 lakh litter water and to install motor and pump house to pump water from the perennial pond at the top of the land.
An entirely different farm practice under organic way is aimed by income from rearing various kinds of animals and birds, income from agriculture, income from tourism, income from Coconut tree, Mango tree, Jack fruit tree, tamarind tree, goosberry etc..
This is a Project of dividing 12.29 Acres of land situated 400 meters away from Coimbatore-Mannarkkad interstate High way into four plots (3 plots of 3 acres each and one plot of 2.29 Acres) leaving one acres for road, water connection , water tank etc and give to 4 people of the same wavelength.
