Sculpted by the landscape, shaped by the sea.

Tucked into the hills of Dona Paula, Models Oddavell sits quietly among swaying palms and the tide, where the horizon stretches wide and the pace slows to its own rhythm.

For Models Group, the right address is never chosen by chance.

We seek locations with character, history, and a sense of place; addresses that have already earned their significance.

That is why Miramar. Shaped by the sea, rooted in Goa’s heritage, and carrying a legacy of its own, it is now home to Models Alta Mira; an address chosen as thoughtfully as the homes we create.

Because at Models Group, a remarkable home begins with a remarkable sense of place.

We don’t build what is expected. We build what is envisioned.

Long before the first beam is placed, every Models home begins with a clear idea; of light, space, proportion, and a better way to live.

At Models Vista Views, that vision has taken physical form; thoughtfully imagined, precisely crafted, and designed to endure beyond the moment.

14/09/2026

At Models Oddavell, the world’s finest pursuits are thoughtfully woven into every space, with each amenity conceived in the same uncompromising spirit of elegance as the home itself.

Globally inspired yet intimately curated, every detail invites a life of quiet distinction.
