such an eminent personality with countless accolades he is also the son of Late Manoj Kumar Shrivastava, IAS officer 1980 batch. A personality who manifested the innovative “Cluster Approach” implemented as the DDC of Ranchi District, which had earned him former Hon’ble Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, contribution to the PM-DM workshops led by the former Hon’ble PM of India, Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, and implementation of the “Bihar Education Project” (BEP) are some of his notable works among many.
