राजधानी पटना के आसपास प्रस्तावित "पाटलिपुत्र ग्रीनफील्ड टाउनशिप" क्षेत्र में जमीन की खरीद-बिक्री एवं हस्तांतरण पर लगी रोक अब हटा दी गई है। इसके साथ ही संबंधित क्षेत्रों में भूमि लेन-देन की प्रक्रिया फिर से शुरू हो सकेगी।

Government of Bihar
Urban Development & Housing Dept, Govt. of Bihar issued draft of "Patliputra Township" Master Plan .......

We appreciate the the urgency government is showing to streamline urbanization.

We have always stated planned urbanization is very crucial for socio-economic development of Bihar.

All these efforts will only fructify if stakeholders are taken along. One sided guideline will derail and delay the whole process.

Earlier a blanket ban on land registry for 80000 acres of land in the proposed township was issued, soon another notification was issued for opening window to sale of land to government department. And now there are news that sale and purchase of land outside core planned area will be also relaxed. All this cause confusion and create perception that there is not cohesive efforts from officials.

Lakshya Global is the first developer in proposed Patliputra Township who visulalised the possibilities of such developments a decade ago and with limited resources contributed to the development of that area.

Now, the government has undertaken massive infrastructure development planning. It's surely going to change the way of urban living.
