I am an owner. We own plots at Satya Prabhu nagar, Irungattukotai. We bought it in 2004. The layout requires immediate maintenance. I want to touch base with some of the plot owners who are interested in enhancing the entire layout. I had recently visited the layout just 3 days back on Jan26th, 2024. I have attached photos. I visit the place almost every year. It was well maintained by Abi estates during their maintenance period. It requires collective effort in maintaining the layout. Removing debris, tall grass, prickly weeds and relaying the road. Once done, the "real estate value "of the layout will be enhanced multifold. We can start house construction. There are housing units in the nearby land in just 200 mts. The layout has very good connection to Kundrarathur road from the backside also. It requires collective effort to make it happen. I am available ON whatsapp. We can create a whatsapp group.

All concerned housing plot owners can create a whatsapp group as collective effort for improvement. 60ft Panchayat road needs relaying. Prickly weeds and tall grass needs to be cleared.
