There’s a quiet rhythm to the garden at Seven Doors.

Our permaculture garden grows with the seasons, bringing together vegetables, herbs and edible flowers, from okra and amaranth to lemongrass, much of which finds its way from the garden to the kitchen.

Rainwater is guided back into the land, kitchen scraps become compost, and guests are invited to wander through the garden and discover what is growing.

It’s not just a garden. It’s a living part of the house: growing, giving, and gently returning to the earth.
