the yarn is wound over paper cones to make final package after passing through electronic yarn clearers for removed of any defects the ends are 'spliced' to reduced not less yarns.

ஸ்பின்னிங்க் மெஷினில் இருந்து வெளிவந்த நூல்கண்டுகளை காகிதக்கோண் அட்டைகளில் குறிப்பிட்ட அளவிற்கு வெட்டியடதைப்போன்று இறுதி உற்பத்தி நிலையாக மாற்றம் செய்து விற்பனைக்கு அனுப்பப்படுகிறது.
தற்போதைய நவீன தொழில் நுட்ப முறையில் ஆட்டோகோணர்கள் என்ற நவீன உற்பத்தி இயந்திரங்களில் மின்னனு முறையில் சுத்தம் செய்யப்பட்டு முடிச்சுகளில்லாத தரமான நூலாக இணைத்து அனுப்பப்படுகிறது.

SPINNING:
Ring frame:
the roving bobbins are taken to the ring frames where it is drafted (extended) to the extent of desired level count the spindle along with the ring traveller mounted on a ring imparts the requisite amount of twist in to the yarn the yarn was wound on bobbins and taken to post spinning operations.

slivers are to be thinned out to the level required for the yarn to be spun this process of attenuating the sliver is done in several steps on speed frames while converting sliver in to roving a small amount of twist is also inserted the winding and un winding operations.

டிராயிங் மெஷினில் இருந்து கொண்டுவரப்பட்ட சிலைவர்களை சிம்ப்லக்ஸ் மெஷினில் போட்டு அரைத்து குறைந்த அளவு முருக்கம் கொடுத்து மேலும் கீழுமாக அதனை சுற்றும் படி செய்து உற்பத்தியின் அடுத்த கட்டத்திற்கு தயார் செய்யப்படுகிறது.

the fibres in the carded sliver are placed in a haphazard fashion and lack uniformity.the carded sliver are processed on the drawing frame they are made uniforming thickness bye the doubling process the fibres get drawn parellel to the axis the sliver bye the drafting process.
