Fsm Is Field Sales Manager. Fsm Is A Very Important Part In Our Organizational Hierarchy. Fsm Is that person who Onboards Brokers And Generates Sales Through Them

1) Broker Handling
2) Good Communication Skill
3) Strong Motivational Spirit & Team Driven
4) Identify Hiring Needs, Select And Train New Salespeople.
Some Attributes That You Bring To This Role?
· Giving Training To The Brokers And Ensure Site Visit And Booking Sales Through Brokers.
· Maintain A Good Relationship With The Client & Brokers.
· Motivate The Brokers From Time To Time To Achieve Target.
· Keep Proper Documentation For Each And Every Sale.
· Keeping Brokers Activated.
· Weekly 20 Brokers Onboarding Is Mandatory For Fsm
· Ensure Daily Site Visits And Close The Sales.
· App Implementation
Experience & Educational Qualification:
Qualification - Any Graduate.
Experience - Min 2 Years In Sales, Real Estate
