नमस्कार

आज पासून दिवाळी सुरू होत आहे. माझ्या कडून तुम्हाला सगळ्यांना दिवाळीच्या खूप खूप शुभेच्छा.

येणारी दिवाळी ही एक नव पर्व सुरू करत आहे.

गेल्या दिड वर्षात जवळपास सगळं जग हे कोरोना मुळे ठप्प झाले होते. आता ते हळूहळू पुर्व पदावर येत आहे. अजून ही अनेक जण सावरलेले नाहीत. उद्योग - धंदा अजूनही बंद आहे किंवा हळूहळू सुरू होत आहे. त्यामुळे अनेकांच्या नोकर्या गेल्या आहेत त्या पण परत मिळतिल किंवा नवीन लागतील. आपल्या अनेक साथीदारांना आपण गमवलेल आहे.

ह्या दिवाळी पासून आपण ह्या सगळ्या वर मात करून पुढे जायचे आहे. आपल्या गेलेल्या साथीदारांच्या कुटुंबियांना मदत करायची आहे आणि त्यांना एकटं पडून द्यायचे नाही. आपला नोकरी-व्यवसाय परत सुरू करून हा देश उभा करायचा आहे आणि एक हिंदू राष्ट्र स्थापन करायचं आहे.

ह्या दिवाळीला आपण सुजलाम सुफलाम हिंदू राष्ट्र स्थापन करून नवीन हिंदू राष्ट्र निर्माण करायचा संकल्प सोडूयात.

15th year : Along with the Yield of bamboo, Mango & teak the sandalwood comes for cutting. The normal Sandalwood tree yields Rs. 15.00 lacs per tree & the red sandalwood tree would yield Rs. 20.00 lacs per tree. We are planting 15 normal Sandalwood trees & 15 Red sandalwood trees.

Stamp duty as per actual.
Legal charges Rs. 5000/-
Electric connection Rs. 25000/-

You can construct a house of 880 sqft in half acre & 1760 sqft in one acre.
We can construct your house too as per your design.

The development is in the planning stage. As the development progresses prices will increase.
