Let us talk about Mental Health together! CHAPTER 1
We are making this space safe and free for everyone to talk about mental health so that we all can free up our emotions instead of bottling them up. Let us all share our feelings and emotions so that we all can feel better because we are in this together.
In the first chapter of mental health, we are talking about how we all are feeling anxious at this time. During this time, it is obvious to feel this way and any amount of positivity works like wonders. But, we would like to say is ‘feel your feelings’, let your emotions out or else it will just stay put in your mind and do no good. So, if you feel like crying today, take a break from work or social media, binge eat, or want to talk to someone, please do it. It will make you feel better.
Don’t make it a habit. Follow the thin line of feeling better circumstance and making a habit.
