YUSUF DEVASWALA Founded by Ar. Yusuf Devaswala (earlier known as dcon) in 2010. YUSUF DEVASWALA Interior Design Solutions provides strategic leadership to clients across various sectors, who benefit the best-in-class services : safe practices, quality focused methodology, project cost savings, proactive risk management, and profitable strategies for sustainability. We have the expertise and specialization of a technically qualified team that can manage every stage of a project’s life-cycle: Pre-Construction, Construction & Post-Construction. Our multidisciplinary team has wide-ranging expertise in design and engineering disciplines and include Project Management Professional (PMP). The management of YUSUF DEVASWALA Interior Design Solutions is presently involved in Township, commercial, School infrastructure development. YUSUF DEVASWALA Interior Design Solutions is also working on Resi. Buildings projects, Industrial & Factory shed project etc.
Yusuf is responsible for Developing client base, making / giving presentations, leading the team of Designers, consultants, coordinating with the client / PMC on all issues related to coordination / designing and timely completion of the project to complete satisfaction of the client.
Prior to starting own practice as Dcon Architects , He was with DSP Design Asscociates and prior to that with Architect Hafeez Contractor. He has a strong design sense and has worked on several Large Corporate Interiors in Pune and western region.
Yusuf has an experience of about 14 years in the field of architecture as well interior designing and is a registered Member with Council of Architecture, India.
