Kingston Serene, a project by Vedant Developments/ Developers/ Realtors in Pune.

Another false commitment by the builder, the brochure, and the walk-thru showed a lavish security entrance/gate for our residential complex, the current status is a security entrance/gate does not exist, as shown in the brochure.

Vendors or Visitors are unable to find the location of our residential complex, as there is no proper entrance or any signboards.

Kingston Serene a project by Vedant Developments/ Developers/ Realtors.

False commitments made to the home buyers, amenities not provided, as shown in the brochure. Children's play area and lawn, as shown in the brochure not provided. Builder planning to use the amenities and play area for the construction of the last and final building.

Homebuyers at Kingston serene have been fooled, the dream of a better future for their children and family members is shattered.

Projected by Builder : Different from reality.
