The bungalow follows a modern tropical-contemporary architectural style — a synthesis of clean modern lines, earthy materials, and an open, breathable design suited to warm climates. It projects a strong sense of form, function, and contextual harmony.

Massing and Composition:

The structure exhibits asymmetrical massing with interlocked cuboidal volumes at varying depths and heights.

A three-tiered composition creates visual rhythm — with the garage and entrance volume grounded firmly, the middle floors opening up through terraces, and the upper level featuring semi-open green spaces.

The vertical tower element with perforated jaali panels serves as both a climatic screen and a visual anchor for the façade.
