Payment schedule-

2) 1,40,000 - Down payment (We give time maximum15-20 days to pay D.P )
We provide visar pawti and taba pawti after down payment.
3) 1,50,000 -

2) Phase 2 - 2,50,000 (1000 sqft area)

1) 10,000 - Booking amount
2) 1,15,000 - Down payment (We give time maximum15-20 days to pay D.P )

3) 1,00000 -
5000 EMI for 20 months
3) Phase 3 - 2,25,000 (1000 sqft area)

1) 10,000 - Booking amount
2) 90,000 - Down payment (We give time maximum15-20 days to pay D.P )
We provide visar pawti and taba pawti after down payment.
3) 1,25,000 -
5000 EMI for 25 months
When we received 70% amount of total payment. then we give you Sale deed and index 2. This is ready possession project. We are offering free site visit from our Chandan nagar office. If any query please contact us.
