Right now we are just hiring from the batches of 2019 to 2021.
Approximately 2-3 candidates from sales and 2-3 Presales will be chosen who will then go for the Internship/Industrial Training and if they perform well, will be chosen. Monthly Stipend during this period will be provided.
Process of hiring will get over by approximately 30th September 21.

Work Area for Sales- Field Job. Visiting Projects for surveys and client visits.
If chosen the candidate has to go for a “Training of 3/4 months” after which if the candidate performs well, he will be chosen.
Work Area for Pre sales- Mostly In house.
Start with training for some time by visiting the developers and understanding the market. Training on how to talk and what to say will also be given.
Responsible for generating sales by calling clients and developing opportunities for the sales team. Briefing the customers on project USPs. Also maintain the data base of the clients.
Post Online Ads and monitor their results.
Attend Walk-in clients if any, understand their requirement and suggest them the appropriate option accordingly.
Should have a smart phone and own mode of transport (specially for Sales). Own Laptop (till the training period gets over) preferred.
Benefits on consistently achieving the Monthly Targets –

Sim Card will be provided from our end. (Expenses borne by us)

Working hours- Industry best (just 7.5 hours).
Weekly Off only on weekdays- Industry best “One & half day” per week.
Paid Leaves- 3 weeks (21 days) per year. Travel to be sponsored if performance is outstanding.
Promotion- Unlike the industry standard, no need to wait for 1-2 years. If the performance is outstanding promotions can be just given within 6/8 months.
