After one month from the date of possession continuous Leakages from Flat no. A-203 Toilet to Kitchen of Flat no A-103 several complaints to builder still no action taken from builder. Owner purchases flat at Rs. 65Lac.

Site is very good aminities are nice building structure is good but Internal Plaster, Electrical Material used, Sanitary fitting quality is very poor & the major problem is no common Parking for two wheeler & Four wheel parking is not available for the flat which are not sale.

Common Area Issue's at Eisha-Erica Dhyari.

1) New Staircase, this need to be as per the standards. Only plastering of steps is not enough and tiles need to be fitted.
2) Plastering in common areas, e.g. in old staircase is not done properly, at some places there are big cracks and needs to be corrected.
3) Plastering of the walls facing the glass in old staircase is not done properly and need to be corrected.
4) Garden:- railing need to be installed throughout the garden and other areas where height is more than 2 feet.
5) Internal road:- which is made of cements blocks, is not in proper level, many blocks are cracked, and needs to be repaired before possession.
6) Water:- need more clarification on drinking water, availability of the water etc.
7) Club house: - plastering of the walls facing swimming pool are not done properly and need to be corrected.
8) Steps in the swimming pool are very risky and needs to be corrected.
9) Need clarification on rain water harvesting.

Legal Issues:
1) No clarification on completion certificate.
