क्रेडाई महाराष्ट्र वूमन्स विंगकडून ऑक्टोबर महिन्यात दिलेल्या कार्यसूचीनुसार, दिनांक ३१ ऑक्टोंबर २०२५ रोजी सायंकाळी 4 वाजता, क्रेडाई बारामती ऑफिस येथे वॉटरप्रूफिंग तज्ज्ञ श्री. राजेंद्र भापकर यांचे “वॉटरप्रूफिंग” या विषयावर सविस्तर आणि माहितीपूर्ण व्याख्यान आयोजित करण्यात आले.

The CREDAI Sangli Women’s Wing organized session on “Waterproofing & Modern Masonry Technologies” *by Ar. Yogita Yedekar* , who explained various waterproofing techniques and modern masonry systems along with their applications in construction.

Along with the Maharashtra topic, a local session on “ *Office Management – The Backbone of Construction”* was also conducted.

*Guest Speaker: Er. Sonali Suryawanshi (M.Tech, MBA)* shared her 25+ years of expertise on 5Cs, sales & marketing, documentation, staff coordination and site filing systems, which proved highly beneficial for all members.

क्रेडाई पंढरपूर तर्फे मोहोळ तालुक्यातील पूरग्रस्तांना मदतीचा हात
मोहोळ तालुक्यातील पूरस्थितीमुळे अडचणीत सापडलेल्या गावांपर्यंत मदत पोहोचवण्यासाठी क्रेडाई पंढरपूर तर्फे पुढाकार घेण्यात आला. प्रांताधिकारी पंढरपूर यांच्या आवाहन नुसार क्रेडाई पंढरपूरने पालवी संस्था व भारत विकास परिषद यांच्या सहकार्याने हा उपक्रम राबवला.
यामध्ये मोहोळजवळील घाटणे, मलिकपेठ व नरखेड वस्ती या गावांचा समावेश होता, जिथे आतापर्यंत मदत पोहोचू शकली नव्हती. क्रेडाई पंढरपूरच्या सदस्यांनी उत्स्फूर्त सहभाग नोंदवत ४०० कुटुंबांसाठी कोरडा शिधा, ब्लँकेट, ताडपत्री, औषधे इत्यादींची मदत पुरवली.
संकटाच्या काळात सामाजिक कर्तव्य पार पाडण्याची संधी समजून क्रेडाई पंढरपूरचे सर्व सदस्य, पदाधिकारी, वुमन्स विंग, युथ विंग तसेच तिरुपती कन्स्ट्रक्शन स्टाफ व उन्नती फाउंडेशनचे संदीप नळंदवार यांचेही या मदत कार्यात सहकार्य लाभले. प्रशासन व स्थानिक नागरिकांनी या वेळी क्रेडाई पंढरपूरच्या सामाजिक जाणिवेचे व तत्परतेचे कौतुक केले.

या दिवशी मा.श्री. जितेंद्र लक्ष्मण भोपळे (संचालक, नगर रचना, महाराष्ट्र राज्य) यांचा सन्मान सोहळा आणि “विकास हक्क हस्तांतरण (TDR) व समायोजक आराखड्याचे धोरण” या महत्त्वपूर्ण विषयावरील मार्गदर्शन तसेच क्रेडाई बीड व वुमन विंगची जनरल बॉडी मीटिंग असे भव्य, दिव्य आणि ज्ञानदायी वातावरणात यशस्वीरीत्या पार पडला.

या सोहळ्याला मा.श्री. प्रफुल्ल तावरे (अध्यक्ष, क्रेडाई महाराष्ट्र), मा. समीर काझी (अध्यक्ष, महाराष्ट्र राज्य वक्फ मंडळ),, मा. प्रमोद खैरनार, मा. राजेंद्र जबिंदा, मा. संग्राम पठारे, नगररचना विभागातील मा. विजयकुमार वाघमोडे, मा. कल्याण जाधव तसेच क्रेडाई बीडचे अध्यक्ष सुरेंद्र कासट व क्रेडाई बीडचे सचिव संतोष सानप असे अनेक मान्यवरांची उपस्थिती लाभली.

मान्यवरांचे मूल्यवान मार्गदर्शन, सदस्यांचा उत्स्फूर्त सहभाग आणि उपस्थितांचे अनन्य सहकार्य यामुळे हा सोहळा सांघिक ऐक्य, ज्ञानवर्धन आणि प्रेरणेचा अमूल्य ठेवा ठरला.

या विशेष प्रसंगी क्रेडाई बीड v वुमन विंगची जनरल बॉडी मीटिंग सुद्धा पार पडली,
ज्यामध्ये नवीन सदस्यांना सदस्यत्व प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान करून त्यांचे औपचारिक स्वागत व सन्मान करण्यात आले.

या कार्यक्रमासाठी क्रेडाई गेवराई, आष्टी, माजलगाव, केज, परळी, आंबेजोगाई, जालना, धाराशिव, छ. संभाजीनगर, लातूर या ठिकाणाहून क्रेडाईचे पदाधिकारी विशेषतः उपस्थित राहून या कार्यक्रमाची शोभा वाढवले. संपूर्ण कार्यक्रमाने क्रेडाई बीड परिवाराच्या ऐक्य, प्रगतीशील विचारसरणी व सामाजिक बांधिलकीचे दर्शन घडवले.
