OBJECTIVE:
The person with this role will be responsible for qualifying the incoming lead flow and ensuring high lead generation ratios from our website visitors through
our live chat software.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
• Outbound calling or customer service experience
• Ability to write detailed follow up notes for reporting
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
• Gathering requirements of the leads generated by the marketing team and consulting them through telephone to achieve objectives of the specific campaigns
• Use live chat software to demonstrate understanding of the real estate market of a region to consult customers and convert them into active leads
• Following up with the customers and ensuring customer engagement through regular telephone calls and emails
• Maintain accurate records of the calls placed to the customers, the observations made and the results achieved
• Maintain confidentiality of the customers
• Act as a representative of the customers and represent their interests at all times
