In his role as the CMD of the group, he is responsible for overall strategy and direction for the entire group. He is an individual with abundance of positive energy and knows to create perfect teams. A natural motivator that he is, it is not surprising that he plans and drives the resources to higher productivity ensuring optimal output from the system. He handles costumer relationship & the corporate Real Estate that includes consulting, corporate solutions, investment services, landlord and tenant representation, project management, property & asset management, hotel, industrial, offices, IT companies, retail and residential property sectors, valuation and advisory services. In her role as technical director for the group she is responsible for ensuring the correct technical insights are made available for every project. Under her guidance Colors Infra has been successful in completing projects with excellent technical designs. In addition to her sound technical Knowledge she also poses a practical approach towards problems and is a very time bound decision maker, which is one of the main reasons for Colors Infra being able to complete its project on time. She handles the day-to-day corporate operations and overall responsibility for the business organization. Her effort has resulted in building a corporate culture at Colors Infra that is closely aligned to the long term vision and corporate goal of the organization. With focus towards innovation, she has never hesitated in identification and implementation of new initiatives.
