Khed City is a large integrated development project near Chakan in Pune. The Project is spread over about 4200 acres of Khed and Shirur talukas, in Pune District. Located about 50 kms from Pune, Khed City has seamless connectivity through the Pune-Nashik National Highway No. 50. Similarly, the connectivity to the two ports of Mumbai / Navi Mumbai and the International Airport at Mumbai is enabled
through the 6 lane Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the four lane NH-4. Khed City falls within the influence zone of the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), India’s most ambitious Infrastructure project. Therefore occupants of Khed City will have access to world-class logistics infrastructure. The large established industrial clusters of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Bhosari, Talegaon, Chakan and Ranjangaon are all within 50-60 minutes reach, offering excellent forward and backward linkages. Khed City has been granted Environment Clearance (EC) by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), Govt of India. The State Pollution Control Board has also granted Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate for the initial phases.
