FRA employs a well established and skilled team, which includes a combination of commercial, project management and building experience. We have expertise in the full range of specialist trades required to carry out projects of all types and sizes including Extensions, New Build, Design & Build and Architectural Work. All of our employees pride themselves in being honest, reliable and hardworking. Excellent customer service is vital to us, so we consult with the client throughout the project to ensure they are delighted with the way things are progressing. We always offer a free initial consultation service where we visit the client in person to discuss ideas and offer advice. During the course of the project there will be courtesy phone calls or visits from the management team and a finished project review will take place once the work is completed. Our team is structured so that each project has its own dedicated ‘Site Manager’ who liaises with the client on a day to day basis. This ensures that any issues or queries can be dealt with quickly and so the building works can progress smoothly. Each Site Manager reports to the ‘Contracts Manager’ who supervises all the projects run by the company.
