*16) Guests can choose meals from the menu for all days on the rates given / ask for the cook on a daily basis for cooking on additional charges of 600 per day in which guests will have to procure the material to be made / take the kitchen to prepare meals themselves on additional of 800 per day which includes the caretaker to do the dishes cleaning per day.
*17) Being a pet friendly property , pets won't be allowed on beds and guests would have to clean up incase the pet messes inside the property premises.
*-Kitchen usage for cooking food is Chargeable 800/- per day for guests wanting to prepare their own meals.*

*2) Playing loud music's after 10pm strictly prohibited

Kitchen:
- The villa has a fully functional kitchen where the guests can cook some delicacies by themselves on additional charges.
- - It is well equipped with cooking gas stove, refrigerator, crockery, etc.
- The kitchen is open to cook any kind of food i.e. vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
- Guests can access the kitchen at any time for tea or coffee at no additional charges.
- Guests can also request for a chef at additional cost prior to they are stay.
