A new chapter of development is taking shape at TDI City Kundli.

With 16,000+ new trees expanding the green cover, 44 of 62 parks undergoing renovation, upgraded roads, and enhanced safety infrastructure with 700+ CCTV cameras being installed, the township is steadily becoming greener, safer and better connected.

Essential infrastructure is progressing rapidly, with brand-new Tuscan City STPs - a 750 KLD facility for Phase 1 and a 510 KLD facility for Phase 2 - along with a new Tuscan Water Treatment Plant.

The transformation extends to lifestyle as well. TDI Club Retreat, A Block is undergoing a complete transformation with new amenities, while a brand-new 1,50,000 sq. ft. K-Block Clubhouse will further elevate the township’s lifestyle experience.

Connectivity is evolving alongside the township. The progressing HSIIDC Bridge will open direct access to the township from E Block, connecting it with an industrial ecosystem of 2,000+ factories. Alongside this, the new 30-metre sector road being developed by SMDA, expanding RRTS connectivity, and the upcoming dedicated Delhi Metro station are set to further strengthen TDI City Kundli’s position as a connected and self-sustained destination.
