Every legacy has a story, and we are honoured to share ours.

Our journey began in the 1980’s with developing small commercial buildings in Western and Central Delhi, albeit our ambitions extended far beyond, towards creating large, integrated townships spanning 2,500+ acres across North India as of 2026.

Early on, we at TDI Group recognised that real estate is not just about constructing structures, but about creating spaces where families and Investors can truly live, connect, and grow.
