Realetors or salespeople can't get their clients to visit their project sites, or close them. Here are the reasons why:
1) NO Money! Unless they can afford it, don't waste your time working with clients who don't have the money to buy that flat from you!
2) NO Time! They are too busy for you because you are not that important. Maybe they remember, everyone has time. It is all about prioritizing! You have to show your clients how much you value your work, and then improve your skills in Game and Sales.
3) NO Need! Explain to the client why he/she needs the property! Give value addition!
4) NO Urgency: This is the worst. Customers take you for granted and keep procrastinating! You have to create a sense of urgency by telling them the unit is available for sale! Fear of losing is a common technique you can use to convey a sense of urgency to your clients.
5) NO Trust! Absolutely the worst! Customers don't trust you because you may not know or understand your product/industry, or you may not seem like a real person! As a customer, please be honest with all customers!
