☑️ Rental Disputes Resolved in 60 Days
Special Rent Courts & Tribunals will fast-track cases, targeting resolution within 60 days.
☑️ No Sudden Eviction
Clear procedures prevent surprise or forceful evictions.
☑️ Mandatory Registration of Rent Agreements Any agreement exceeding 11 months must be registered.
Non-registration may attract a penalty up to 5,000.
