Documents toh saare complete hain… phir risk kya hai?
That’s exactly where due diligence gets interesting.
Because checking a document ≠ understanding the property.
A title issue?
An encumbrance?
A dispute?
Something hidden in the property history?
For banks, these details can matter before a loan is secured.
So the real question isn’t:
“Did we collect all the documents?”
It’s:
“Do we actually understand the risk behind this property?”
That’s the difference between document checking and property due diligence.
What do you think — paperwork complete = due diligence complete?
