1. Recently I paid 50K token towards booking a 1 BHK in Vartak nagar with PURANICK ( GRAND Centrale - eStella )quoted at 70.5 Lacs.

2.The sales guy working within Puranick premises wearing Puranick ID pitched me for the flat and assured me the carpet Area is 450 Sq ft.

3. When the CRM team sent me the Registration template. Its only mentioned as 370 sq ft. Almost 80 SQ FT LESS than assured.

4. Not only the CRM is not willing to assure me that the area is 450 sq ft , they are not also willing to pay me back the token. Which they have acquired promising a higher carpet area.

5. On confronting the CRM team, they are claiming that its a third party broker who has made the claims.

6. So in short PURANICK is hiring third party company to LIE for them and trick people into buying their flats.

If a reputed builder like - PURANICK is frauding commoners for 50K, where does it end.
Please beware, Its your hard earned money. Do not believe a word the sales guy tells you.
You will only get what is there in the registration papers, Everything else is just papers!!!!
Do not believe their beautiful Pamplets or floor plans.
I am filing with the consumer court against PURANICK.
I am going to fight this.

I have recently been frauded by PURANICK Builders (Thane).
1. The sales buy promised me 450 sq ft carpet area , Hence I paid a token of 50,000 towards a flat in PURANICK Grannd Centrel - eStella ( Vartak Nagar). The flat was quoted at 70.5 Lakh
2. When they forwarded me the registration template, it only mentioned 370 sq ft. Hence , I asked for confirmation from the CRM team regarding the carpet area.
3. Not only the builders refused to confirm the AREA but when I wanted to cancel , they refuse to give me back my token.
4. They Claim that the sales person are not their staff. They work for a third party company. Hence they are allowed to fake claims about area and lure customers
5. This way the BUILDERS stay safe from legal prosecution because the SALES guy are not their staff.
6. This is clearly fraud because these Rogue sales staff are working in their premises. This wont be without their knowledge.
7. I LOST my hard earned 50,000 RUPEES to these so CALLED reputed builders - PURANICK
