Navratri 2025 Brings 20% Jump in Mumbai Property Registrations
1. During Navratri 2025 (September 22 to October 1), 6,238 properties were registered in Mumbai’s BMC jurisdiction a 20% increase over 5,199 registrations during the same period in 2024.
2. Revenue collections from these registrations rose by 17% year-on-year, reaching ₹587 crore, compared to ₹502 crore last year.
3. September 2025 recorded 12,070 property registrations, averaging 402 registrations per day the best September in a decade.
