As discussed, we are looking for a female working professional for our 1BHK flat in Lodha Crown, Thane. The rent is 20k per month and includes home cooked meals, WiFi, groceries, and most daily essentials, so its more of an all inclusive setup rather than a regular flatmate setup
The environment is calm and family oriented. Currently, it is just me and my mother staying here. I am a working professional and mostly work night shifts, so I’m usually out during those hours
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a homely environment and basic house preferences such as no smoking, drinking, drugs, or male visitors
There is a refundable security deposit of ₹25,000. Electricity will only be shared if the usage goes unusually higher than normal
