He introduced installment based house plots in Tamil Nadu focusing on middle class and lower class people. It was a welcome change in the real estate space in places like Komarapalayam, Salem and Thiruchengode. A.S.Prabukumar is today the soul and driving force behind SPK real estate. His international exposure and business experience has proved to be priceless.
