Trivandrum Club election 2021 - 2022
Dear member
For those of you who don’t know me yet, my name is Thomas T. Moolayil and I am proud to be a TVM club member for the past 30 years. As some of you are aware by now, I am contesting for the post of Joint Secretary for the upcoming club election 2021 - 2022.
Today, I take this moment to introduce myself to those who might not know me
Born and brought up in Kuwait, I hold 31 years of banking experience where I worked in various areas of two International Banks in Kuwait. Have been very active in the cultural and sports field as well.I used to be a football player and played with various teams in India as well as in Kuwait. Introduced a Badminton 🏸 club named IBAK in Kuwait with 600 players. In 2005 I was elected as an executive committee member of TVM club with the portfolio of sports, Gym and swimming pool, and various entertainment programs. Introduced the first ever Karaoke program in Trivandrum club with almost 50 singers within our club.My passion is to sing and write songs. Last year I fulfilled my dreams of writing and singing 2 songs. I even held the position of a Secretary of Rotary Club Trivandrum South.
I would like you to elect me as your Joint secretary as I believe, that it is my duty to help the club grow for the future, and also in order to give back to the club which has given me so much. If there is an issue that needs to be solved, I won't quit until we figure out a solution. I will bring your concerns to the other council members and , I will stick with that concern until we figure it out. I stay 50 meters away from Trivandrum club so I am just a phone call away and always accessible.
Due to the ongoing pandemic crisis and adhering to protocol safety rules, the club has decided to conduct the much awaited elections online. This gives a fair chance for all members to participate in the elections conveniently in their respective destinations and also maintains secrecy. It also has the feature of letting you know your outstanding bills which you need to pay if you want to vote and has the option of paying the dues and proceeding with the votes 🗳
So let me take this opportunity once again to humbly request you all to cast your valuable votes for me for the position of Joint Secretary. I promise you that if elected, I will do my duties to the best of my capabilities.
