KINFRATECH is the Property Development, Property Consulting & Property Portfolio Management wing of Karthik Group. It has entered the real estate industry having the right expertise to enhance the standard of design, construction and living. KSIGN is the Hospitality wing of Karthik Group. We have a broad portfolio of service – we specialize in running restaurant & lounge bars, office cafeterias, design and delivery of high quality event management, catering, food, travel and stay for corporate and private gathering. If you have the expertise in hotel industry or you have the space to setup hotels, restaurants or lodges, we are interested in collaborating with you as investors. Having knowledge in hospitality sector, we can be a great value addition, providing a pool of right resources at every stage of your venture. KSTAKE is the Financial arm of Karthik Group launched with a vision to invest in diverse business, offer range of financial services to new entrepreneurs, small-time business, property buyers, construction developments. Kstake will act as investors and lend funds in the existing business or in new ventures .This investment would provide a boost to the new setup. In some cases, Kstake can also engage with other investors to meet the funding requirements across the entire life-cycle of a project. Kstake has better ability to assess risk and price loans, and will operate in the market catering to different set of population.
