Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) along with a team from National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC) and Dholera Industrial City Development Limited facilitated a site visit at Dholera for senior officials of Japanese companies. This site visit will enable them in exploring possibility of setting-up manufacturing units at Dholera.

A detailed presentation was made to them briefing about the plug and play infrastructure, multi-modal connectivity of road, rail, port & airport that has been provided under the umbrella of PM . They were also apprised about the benefits available under the various sectoral policies of the State.

Dholera is uniquely positioned on account of:

-6 lane expressway connectivity between Ahmendabad-Dolera, under construction
-Greenfield international Airport, under development
-In proximity to Mundra, Kandla & Pipavav Port
-Getting connected to DFC through Bhimnath Dholera Rail Link
-Huge potential for putting-up Solar Park
-Large and contiguous land parcels
-24x7 dedicated power & water supply
-Facility of CETP, WTP, STP available
