Mr.Desai has agreed to us that, they are ready to undertake the construction repairs of the flats. As a part we have to give them the details of the defects found in the flats, especially in the top 3 floors of the all towers.

So we request you to give us the details of the complaints you have with regard to the construction details. As you know only after this, we can talk with the Builder about our needs.

You are requested to give the details to the office or the Association office bearers on or before 14/10/15 Wednesday.

Onam Games Competitions

Onam committee will be conducting various games like cards, chess, carrom, table tennis, etc during evenings (7 pm to 10 pm) from Sept 5 to Sept 11.

There will be separate games for ladies and gents. The games will be conducted in the badminton court (Chess, cards, carrom) and the club house (TT). The rules for each competition are provided below.

Chess

There will be three categories based on age and gender.
Below 15 years (no gender barrier)
15 - 30 years (Separate games for ladies and gents)
Above 30 years (Separate games for ladies and gents)
Toss to find the side
Rapid chess limited to 30 minutes time
Standard chess rules

Cards

The competition item is Rummy card game
Separate competition for ladies and gents
Residents above 15 years can participate.
Team size is 3.

Carrom

Separate competition for ladies and gents
Residents above 15 years can participate
Best of three will win
Standard carrom rules
Team size is 2.

Table tennis

Separate competition for ladies and gents
Residents above 15 years can participate.
Best of three will win.
Standard TT rules
Team size is 2.

SUBJECT: 12 hours functioning for association front office

Dear DDGGians,

The Association has introduced new timings for the office staff. Accountant work time is rescheduled from 9 am to 5 pm, and Manager working hours is rescheduled from 12 pm to 9 pm. This will ensure that the front office will be operational from 9 am to 9 pm. Hope this will definitely facilitate better communication from the residents compared to the previous 10 am to 6 pm model.

There are many residents who have late working hours. We are hoping this change in timings will ensure better service provided by the Association, by widening the circle of participation and involvement.

Request everybody to utilize the new timings, for addressing your concerns/issues/suggestions.
