We have started a project of cultivating red sandal trees.
We are happy to announce that we have successfully completed 3000+ acres across 17ventures with 10 lakh red sandal plants and seven thousand satisfied customers.
Red sandal is an expensive plant which grows only in certain regions in world.
The first quality red sandal is grown only in specific areas in the state of Andhrapradesh. The quality red sandal grown here is exported all over the world and the demand is so high as it is a rare species which is used in Herbal products, Heart medicine, Sexual related medicine known as vi**ra.
It is usually used in Cosmetics industry and for making expensive toys and religious sculptures and idols in China and Japan. So these Red Sandal plants are having very high demand in export industry.
The oil extracted from this plant is used as a coolant in Nuclear reactors.
♦️5 litres of oil can be extracted from one ton of red sandal. Cost of 1 litre oil is around 2.5 crores
♦️The plant gets matured after 8 years from plantation and would be ready to cut. Three cuttings can be made for a single tree. Then after the total tree will be taken out with roots and new seedling will be planted beside the old plant space.
♦️Company takes care of plants with safety and security including 24×7 CC cameras, fencing, guards, etc,...
♦️Plants of 5 years will be insured.
♦️ 1 ton of red sandal cost is 52 lakhs according to government and it is 2 crores as per market.
♦️ 60% of the profit is given for customer and 40% is taken by the company.
♦️Society is formed legally with 15 customers and 6 directors of the company as society members.
♦️There is a demand of 5 lakh tonnes of red sandal all over the world, but the supply is only 50 thousand tonnes as it is a rare plant and grows only in Prakasham, Nellore, Chittor, Kadapa and Kurnool districts of Andhrapradesh state in India.
♦️The land is registered on your name i.e., customers name and is mentioned in adangal mentioning every customer as a farmer and a passbook is issued by the government.
♦️SPP is the only company in company having 16 years of experience in Red sandal plantation with 17ventures completed, 3000+ acres. This made us a pioneer in this industry.

The cost structure is
⚜️7.5 lakh for 25 cents along with 100 plants.
⚜️15 lakhs for half acre along with 200 plants.
⚜️ 30 lakhs for one acre along with 400 plants.
